There are so many Scrapbooking supplies, products to choose from. I try to keep cost down because it can become expensive. ScrapBooking is a very creative process, so you don't want to be to conservative when choosing supplies. Supplies that you will need includes A Scrapbook, decorative background sheets (paper), scissors, glue and I also buy letters and glitter.

Teaching Kids how to Scrap-Book
At one of my daughters sleepovers, I taught all the little girls some tricks to scrap booking. Friends and family including the kids always look at my scrap-books almost every-time they come over to visit because its so unique to them. I took it upon myself to buy some starter scrapbooks for the guest at my daughters birthday party and took pictures of them and printed them out. I explained that they can use any design, backgrounds they want.
Why I started ScrapBooking-The History
I started Scrapbooking after my first daughter was born because, I feel every moment is special and I wanted to capture every single moment. I was given a baby book at my baby shower and I ran out of room and didn't want to buy a boring picture album so I decided to buy a scrapbook. I can see the happiness and appreciation in my daughters face when they look at their baby pictures.

Emotions related to scrapbook-ing
I started scraping Booking to escape the pressures of everyday life. I feel a great sense of relief once I start cutting, decorating, and pasting in my scrapbooks. Scrap-booking can be time consuming because you are constantly thinking of the creativity you could apply to your page.
