Emotions related to scrapbook-ing

I started scraping Booking to escape the pressures of everyday life. I feel a great sense of relief once I start cutting, decorating, and pasting in my scrapbooks. Scrap-booking can be time consuming because you are constantly thinking of the creativity you could apply to your page.

    I did scrapbooking through out high school and my associates degree. Now I have moved on to something small and more campion-able . I use a travel's notebook, it's a smaller way to log my travels while on the go and still having the the ability to scrap book in it. I love it so much that I have decided I need one for my planner/ and home trackers as well as maybe a wallet/planner form LOL!

    While I haven't taken on scrap booking as a personal hobby I can still relate to this. I LOVE LOVE LOVE to decorate. I like to make my home cozy and warm. I could also browse Pinterest for hours getting new ideas. You're right there is something very relaxing in doing things you really enjoy.

    I haven't done scrapbooking but I have heard that coloring can be really soothing and I've actually found that to be true. I don't get a lot of time to color but when I do, it definitely calms me. Also, doing crafts. Making something and once it's done, I'm always beaming with pride on what I can do with my little uncoordinated hands, lol

    My sister Nicole and I tried to make a scrapbook for her first child. After she was born we both gathered all of our best pictures and attempted to put together a great book. We made about 6-8 wonderful pages before we ran out of steam and creativity. It was enjoyable while it lasted though!

    I completely understand your love of scrapbooking. It is so much fun and the possibilities are endless. I think more people are getting the scrapbooking bug and the things they are making are incredible.
